What payment options are available?

Our products are shipped internationally.


How much are the shipping costs?

We do not charge shipping costs around the world.


What do I have to do if I want to return an item?

You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it.

Just send us an email to service@studioamber.de and we're going to tell you how to proceed. You are responsible for returning the item in undamaged condition. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund you the purchase price.


How long does the shipping take?

After you placed the order, it can take up to 8 weeks for the package to reach you, depending on the destination country. The package is shipped from Germany.

Do the products have sustainability certificates?

We only source from suppliers who work to the highest standards of sustainability. Our suppliers are GOTS, GRS, PETA, vegan, Oeko-Tex and OCS certified.


What materials are used?

All items offered in the store are made of organic cotton and/or recycled polyester. You can find out exactly which materials were used in the respective product descriptions.
